The Art of Algerian Bread is a hands-on workshop devoted to the timeless craft of traditional Algerian breadmaking.
Designed for curious beginners and passionate home bakers, this intimate session offers a warm introduction to the making of Kesra and Aghroum.
During the workshop, guests will receive guidance on ingredients, traditional techniques, and the heritage of Algerian breads, followed by a generous tasting with freshly prepared breads, Rfiss Constantinois, traditional Algerian pepper salad, and stuffed bread " Aghroum La’hwel."
